Appliance Service Plus at Clovis, Clovis, California.

My home warranty plan; Fidelity set up my work order with Appliance Service plus, they came out here on Wednesday July 26, 2017, Jonathan the tech stated when he got back to his office he would have the parts ordered. My washing machine and Dishwasher are the appliances needing the service. We were supposed to hear back from them within 2 days. Nothing, so I contacted them and I was told by Tammy, that it would be another 10 days, because Fidelity needed to authorize the parts, something about exceeding the $250 limit. I called Fidelity myself and spoke with the authorization department and he authorized them to fix my appliances, someone by the name of Maelynn gave fidelity the run around and said their supervisor needs to order the parts and didn't have a price. Today is Wednesday August 2, 2017, I have called Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Maelynn is stating the supervisor needs to have authorization for the work to be done, but this person has yet to contact fidelity. A supervisor from Fidelity contacted Appliance Service Plus on my behalf today and spoke with Monica and gave her some type of story that parts need to be ordered, but Monday the parts were ordered and would arrive by Friday August 4. Maelynn called me at 5:08 pm today as a courtesy to tell me her supervisor has not been able to contact the fidelity and fidelity has not given authorization, which is nonsense. I told her fidelity called and spoke with Monica today and Maelynn said that did not happen, because it was not in Monica's notes. Okay, it did happen. I am out a $75 service fee, I can't do my laundry or use my dishwasher. We do live anywhere near a laundry mat, we have a 5 year old daughter, and my boyfriend and I are both disabled. This is beyond stressful. Why weren't the parts ordered a week ago? Do they not want the job?? Something needs to happen here. And I agree. I wish I could give them lower than a one. Maybe a negative 100, this company is horrible and I will never do business with them again. Save your sanity and stay away from them.
