Generation Painting used to be called Ron Rogers Painting. I used Ron Rogers Painting for an exterior paint job on a 3,200 sq. ft. two story home. When Ron thought that the job was finished, he stopped by, and I asked him if he was going to paint the exterior doors of the house. He looked at me, and said "well, do you want them painted?" I asked if the doors were part of the quoted price. He said "if you want them to be".
I felt that he was very cold and really didn't care what I wanted. I was so surprised and unhappy with his response that I told him " don't worry about it", and paid him and he left without another word. The job that he did on the exterior was "satisfactory". Nothing special.
